We’re Going Green! New Uniform from September 2026

We are excited to launch our new green school uniform, from September, inspired by our Woodland School ethos and the rich outdoor environments that make High Green so special.

This change reflects our school identity and links beautifully to our green logo, our Woodland School ethos and the many wonderful outdoor spaces that make High Green so special, including our woodland, allotment, field and secret garden. The colour green feels a very natural fit for our school and proudly represents High Green.

For our new F2 starters in September, the green uniform will become the expected school uniform:

•green sweatshirt or cardigan

•green or white polo shirt

•black or grey shorts, skirt, pinafore or trousers.

For children in the rest of the school, families may choose to begin purchasing the new green jumper, cardigan or polo shirt, but this is not an expectation straight away.

We understand that changing uniform can be costly, so we want to be clear that this will be introduced gradually. All we ask is that, when you next need to buy a new item of uniform, you choose the new green version.

Our PE kit will remain the same, with the only change being a green T-shirt or polo shirt.

The link to purchase our new school sweatshirt or cardigan with our logo should go live on our website by the end of next week. Alternatively, if you would prefer a plain jumper without the school logo, please see the additional links to local supermarkets.
